Do you use midis? Because while they're good at first, you don't want to become dependent on them. The sooner you can sequence songs by ear, the better.
Anyway, since I don't know if the program you use supports sampling/soundfonts, I can suggest that you look here, but I don't know if they'll be any help to you. See if they are.

As for the song itself, it's alright, but it's very flat. It's lacking dynamics, and it seems like there's no pan. Also, when reorchestrating a song, you're allowed to add your own touches to it and add new instruments in there that weren't in the original. That's a good way to keep it interesting instead of it just merely being a rearrangement with orchestral instruments.
